Today the very important Planeta Prize is celebrated and we already know which are the finalists of the same. The jury of the Prize composed of Alberto Blecua placeholder image, Fernando Delgado, Juan Eslava Galan, Peter Gimferrer, Carmen Posadas placeholder image, Rosa Regas y Emili rosales, secretary with vote, have decided that the finalist works for the Planeta Prize are:

Today we will discover both the winning work and the finalist, as well as who is hiding under the pseudonym and what will be the final title that will be printed on each copy of the enormous circulation that Planeta produces each year of its winners and finalists.

As the secretary of the Jury has communicated these days, this year a new participation record in the history of the award, since nothing more and nothing less than 634 works. The expectation, as every year at this stage of the Award, is quite high and if there is something almost guaranteed, it is that whoever the winner is at this gala, quite a few copies of their awarded book will be sold.
