The day the sky falls (2016) is a novel by the Spanish María del Carmen Rodríguez del Álamo —signed under the pseudonym Megan Maxwell—. First meet
Alba is a seven year old girl, who, when returning home with her mother —Teresa—, she comes across various pieces of furniture at the entrance of the building. When you finish climbing the stairs, look at a very sad child, with swollen eyes from crying. The boy his name is Nacho, is contemporary with the girl and has just moved in with his brothers — Luis, 11, and Lena, 4 — to the neighboring Remedios' house.

Alba, moved by what he said, tells him that he can go play at his house whenever he wants. Later, Remedios agrees to visit so her grandson can have a little fun. About the author
Maria del Carmen Rodriguez of the Alamo was born on Friday, February 19, 1965 in Nuremberg, Germany; his father is american and his spanish mother. When she was only six months old, her mother decided to return with her to Spain. Since then, he has lived in several cities in the country, such as: Barcelona, Cádiz and Madrid, which is why he has Spanish nationality.
Literary race
After a health problem with her son, she decided to retire from her job to take care of him at home. There, She started an online literature course and began writing several novels under the pseudonym "Megan Maxwell."
