Donald Trump likes books but doesn't read much

Only one day has passed since I was officially in office as President of the United States, and Donald Trump has already given much to talk about. He has not only given topics of conversation for the pink and political press but also for the more cultural, more specifically, that referring to books and literature in general, since he spoke about books and his relationship with them in a recent interview that they did.

The interview in question was conducted by Mike allen y Jim Vandehei, co-founders of the Axios media company. These echoed some photographs taken of the president of the United States in his office, which was filled with a large number of copies of books. It is for this reason that interviewers asked Trump about his literary recommendations, to which he replied the following:

“I like books a lot, I like to read books. I don't have time to read much right now, but in terms of books I like to read them ”.

A short answer in words and that in my opinion, due to the way he expresses himself, could well have been said by an 8 or 9 year old boy.

Trump has written books

The American magnate has written some books among which these two titles stand out: "Think like a billionaire" y "How to get rich".

In case someone is curious to know what they are about, although the main topic is more than in sight (money), we will summarize them below.

"How to get rich"

The now president of the United States wrote in this book a series of practical advice on how to get rich, something he knows a lot about, because not only did he manage to make a fortune but, after a divorce that left him broke, managed to remake it. In this book, Donald Trump gives us the keys to know how we should invest, impress the boss and get a raise, run a business efficiently, negotiate anything and how to think and live large. With a direct and ironic style, Trump uncovers all the secrets of the business world.

Edited by Planeta in 2004, it is currently out of print.

"Think like a billionaire"

Billionaires are not concerned with the odds. We do not follow common sense or act according to conventionality or expectations. We follow our vision, no matter what other people think of it. That's what this book is about, learning to think like a billionaire. Even if you only retain ten percent of the wisdom in these pages, you will still have a great chance of becoming a millionaire.

Edited by Editorial Aguilar in 2007.

Hopefully over time he will give us better literary recommendations and we will get to know a little more about the literary face of Donald Trump. We will not doubt that it will cause talk.
