In the winter of 1946, Alma Gamboa travels to the home of her ancestors where, instead of the peace she so badly needs, a momentous revelation awaits her inescapable. In that enigma that is his life, he soon discovers the photograph of a nameless young woman, the ruins of a mansion devoured by fire and a mysterious book. None of that erases the trace of a devastating love.
