Where do souls rest?

"Where do souls rest?" is the new installment of the saga starring Ethan Bush. Yes, we have already spoken several times about this fantastic saga. And yes, we have also interviewed its author. But no, we don't get tired of talking about these wonderful novels.

In this installment, Enrique Laso introduces us to a most horrifying and macabre crime. If you are looking for a new book, this one will certainly not disappoint you.

On this occasion, Bush gets a call from a good friend of his, Agent Worth. After a few months trying to solve the case, Worth decides to ask Ethan for help, who will not hesitate for a second to leave the comfort of his office to help this great colleague.

A murderous girl in a more than gloomy way, brings the Kansas police department headfirst. A crime linked to the famous book "The Da Vinci Code" and several suspects with blunt motives, will make the agent turn to his trusted team again. In this novel, Enrique introduces us to a more mature Ethan. He expects a child with his partner Liz, he has more contact with his mother and it seems that his life is on track. However, it still has a long way to go. He continues with his hobbies when it comes to taking a case and unnerving his colleagues. However, little by little heThis character who still fights against his own ghosts, is growing and improving as a person.

It is a highly recommended book if you like the genre. This time yes I would recommend reading the above books, since he is a complex character and it is worth knowing his journey.

The novel has a good rhythm and a good ending. During the reading, the author plays with us, and it is difficult to choose a suspect. It is a quick and easy book to read, basically because hook from the start.

Although at first you may have a little antipathy to the main character, Laso is in charge of showing facets in the agent that make the reader interested in knowing more about the character.

Luckily to know what the future holds for this unique character, we don't have much left. This spring the next book will come out, entitled "The darkest snow.". Tic tac tic tac ...
