When you enter TuuuLibrería there is a warm but also silent atmosphere, one in which its visitors foster that contemplation that is born when you search carefully among hidden stories, sometimes given by others and turned into new treasures for those of us who love to read.
Divided into several sections, from Literature in Spanish to a children's section, through Historical Novel or Self-Help, TuuLibrería is a literary project with two offices in Madrid (Covarruvias street, in Chamberí, and Padilla street, in the Salamanca district) and Barcelona (the central Planeta street) whose objective is to allow you to enjoy new readings in exchange for a simple donation.
TuuuLibrería's system is simple: they accept donations from individuals of books that they no longer want or need and, if there are some titles in poor condition, the content is recycled through a specialized company. Subsequently, all the books are exposed to readers who will be able to take as many books as they fit in one hand in exchange for a donation to be deposited in a piggy bank. Money that is used to continue recycling books and support various projects, especially in schools and libraries.
