When you look back and talk to people about where you began to feel the call of the comic as passion, I always use the same references, Mortadelo and Filemón, Asterix and Obélix, Tintin and among a few other characters you will also find Lucky Luke. Not in vain did television complement those beautiful albums where the authors served us the adventures of the protagonists. So when I find out about something new about someone, I can't stop sharing it with everyone who wants to read me, what not to listen to in this case. A new Lucky Luke has arrived in town and we don't know if it will be to stay. It's about the vision of Matthieu bonhomme (from which is reaching us recently Texas cowboys with a script by Lewis Trondheim). It would not be an album within the collection apparently, but a unique number written by screenwriter Julien Berjeaut, better known as Jul (Bye bye bush).
The result of this collaboration in principle looks impeccable, promising a Lucky Luke to be delighted back in April 2016, when it is put on sale under the title of The man who killed Lucky Luke. It should be remembered that the series will offer an exhibition of Morris for the 70 years of its creation, at the next Angouleme festival, and that the next volume of the series is scheduled for November next year. The editor of Dargaud, Thomas ragon has been the one who has advanced it in scoop through his account of Twitter. Ragon has put up a full-color image that could well serve as a cover, part of which I've left up here adorning the entrance, plus an inside page in glorious black and white that just makes us wear our longest teeth.
