Hellboy 2 teaser and I recommend it by the way

They have already published the teaser poster for the second Hellboy movie, Hellboy: The Golden Army (which you can see below). I loved the first part, it seems like a great adaptation, and I really want to see the second part. And of course, the Hellboy comics seem tremendous to me, so with the excuse of the poster of the second movie I'm going to recommend you these piece of comics (read piece with the little accent). The poster is made by the creator "in person" of the character Mike Mignola. Mike Mignola created this character that began to be published in 1993 under the Legends label of Dark Horse Comics.

Hellboy is a red demon with horns, a tail, and a huge stone hand. His demon name Anung Un Rama, was invoked and brought to Earth as just a baby (like a demonic Superman) by Nazi occultists led by Grigori Rasputin, within the Ragna-Rok project during World War II, and found in the middle of a fight. and rescued by the troops of the allies. Hellboy grows up under the tutelage of Professor Bruttenholm and the United States Army in an air base in New Mexico, later entering the university as an adult. AIDP (Paranormal Defense and Investigation Agency). Hellboy is the agency's main agent (and the best paranormal investigator), along with Kate Corrigan (a professor of folklore at New York University), Abe Sapien (an amphibian fish-man they found inside a tank in a state of of lethargy during a mission and who do not know where it came from), Liz Sherman (pyrokinetic and chain smoker) and Roger (a homunculus who are also on another mission, and who after a spectacular battle turned out not to be as bad as it appeared)

To create the character and the stories in which it develops, the author, Mike Mignola, has done extensive research on mythology, folklore and legends of all cultures on the planet. The series is heavily influenced by the stories of Lovecraft, Poe, and other classic horror authors, and is also based on mythology and folk tales (fantasy and horror) from all civilizations. With this we can find the good of Hellboy facing some Japanese ghosts, or a werewolf in a small town in France or gigantic monsters taken from the mind of HP Lovecraft. Mignola adapts all those popular tales and legends that have passed by word of mouth for generations and captures them by putting his characters in the middle of the action.

Mignola's style is very personal, he plays with shadows like no one else, he has a spectacular mastery of blacks and whites, he doesn't use grays, and he uses flat colors that perfectly match the atmosphere of the series.

For the unsuspecting who have not yet read anything about Hellboy, here is the list of published comics (which I don't think you will have any problems finding) and you will catch them:

Is Rasputin the same as the Boney Ms sang?

Mexico not Mexico (it doesn't matter how you pronounce c), and it's not Ragan-Rok but Ragna-Rok (a kind of apocalypse for the Asgard mythology) and Todd Mcfarlane plays better with the shadows and the drawings… Be careful if I like Hellboy, I The person and the story are crazy, but someone had to correct it, I think ... (If I have other graphics errors, send them to my e-mail)

It is indeed Ragna-Rok (corrected remains), it was a typo when writing it. As for Mcfarlane is better with the shadows, it is your opinion that I do not share (a matter of taste). In Spanish here in Spain (which is where we write this blog from) Mexico is written with j, and certainly, you have many spelling mistakes, keep reading (even if they are comics, if you read books better than better) and practice spelling.
