Maurizio de Giovanni is a Neapolitan writer born in 1958. He worked most of his life in the banking sector, until a the 50 years decided to go with what he really liked: writing. So he took a course in literary creation and his classmates sent one of his stories to a competition. His story was the winner and it gave him the opportunity to put his head into the publishing world.

Luigi Alfredo Ricciardi

De 31 years dark, with a rebellious fringe that never covers a hat and with extraordinary green eyes, Ricciardi is a man separated from the world of his own free will. And by a strange power, or rather curse, inherited from his mother: see the last gesture and hear the last words of the victims of violent death. This gift allows him to get fully involved in the investigation of a case, but also to share part of pain of who has died.
