His long professional career has been marked by a series of popular characters such as: "Ciriaco Majareto", "El Caco Bonifacio", "Tontáinez", "Don Inocencio", "El marriage Pirúlez", "Crispin" and "1 × 2 the Invader ”, among many others. Due to his unique artistic career, this veteran cartoonist has been the appropriate recipient of the award "for all of his humorous work."

Leopold Ortiz Moya (Cartagena, Murcia, 1930) is one of the most authentic symbols of the classical Valencian School, developing almost his entire comic career in Maga. For this editorial he would draw such suggestive serials as: "El Príncipe Pablo", "Velvet Negro", "Carlos de Alcántara" and "Bengala", among others. The award "for all of his realistic work" is the recognition of this Jury to the unquestionable and unrepeatable genius of Leopoldo Ortiz.
