Graphite Editorial continues with its line of publications, interspersing some launches among those that were already announced. It is the case of This Sells, a compilation with some short stories from Sergio Bleda, known mainly as a result of his participation in the Labyrinth Line of Planeta DeAgostini, where he published The Vampire Dance back in the year 97. This is precisely what the person in charge of writing the prologue refers to, Carlos Pacheco, alluding to the fact that not all those who managed to enter that circle of publications could use it as a platform to continue in the comics industry, either here or abroad. Pacheco also makes reference to the variety of genres that Bleda has played throughout the almost 20 years of his professional career, which is well represented in This Sells: terror, eroticism, crimes, history, humor ... a pupurrí that represents the concerns to go tasting different fields of the Albacete cartoonist settled in Valencia for years.

As for the stories, following the same order in which we find them throughout This Sells, we can see the first steps of Bleda in fanzines like Zero Stroke o arkharadus, the first pages of The Vampire Dance, published in its day by the fanzine Panicomic, which would give way to the sending of the miniseries project that would finally be published in the aforementioned Labyrinth Line, for which it was nominated at the Barcelona Comic Fair of the year 98 within the category of Revelation Author, which would ultimately win María Hill. Inside the magazine The Viper, published some scripted stories of Rakel, and in U, the son of Urich the strips would have continuity on Pablito, Spanish cartoonist, his alter ego on paper, where he criticized with critical humor the possible regrets and troubles within the comic industry of that time.

There is also a story that found accommodation within the magazine Eros (Dolmen), plus a page that was published within the album Article 20, named for referring to the article of the Spanish Constitution where freedom of expression is referred to, precisely the same one that was denounced as being violated against the interests of comrade David Ramírez. Among the comics that I would stay with are those of the final part: Schtrumpf!, with a script by the writer Alberto López Aroca, in what is an obscure tribute to Los Pitufos; The good side, with a script by Víctor Santos, within the saga of Los Reyes Elfos and more specifically in Faerie II Stories, and Guerrillas, which was part of the 12 collection of the Twelve. Closing the tome we find We have not forgotten you, a few pages as a tribute to José Antonio de Huescar, plus a section of extras with a review of the volume and its content, by the look-alike of a renowned comic book disseminator with whom Bleda has a good relationship and who will surely have laughed enough to see it.

The Graphite edition is, as I have already mentioned in previous releases, as Chorizos. Spanish robbery, Very complete. Paperback with flaps, good quality paper and printing, with the usual extra gifts that they are responsible for incorporating into their shipments: in this case a sheet with the protagonists of El Baile del Vampiro and a fold-out that serves as a suggestive poster on the one hand, while on the other it brings some comic strips under the title Comics That Sell I. Making a tribute in the writing of the mythical collection The professionals, the work of Carlos Giménez, we find a kind of update of what we have seen in part with the strips of Pablito, Spanish cartoonist. Before finishing, it should be noted that Bleda will be signing this launch in the coming weeks at various points on the peninsula, starting this afternoon. starting at six en Generation X de Valencia (Carrer de la Vila de Muro, 5), where he will be accompanied by Ricardo Engra; the following saturday Day 14 at the same time he moves to the Pepita Lumier Gallery (Calle Segorbe, 7), accompanied by Francisco Ruizge; on Valencia comic will be signing during the three days (from December 4 to 6 as we have commented on occasion); in Expocomic It will be from December 11 to 13; and to end the year they will have it in their homeland, Albacete, more specifically in the Nemo bookstore (Dr. Collado Piña Street, 10).
