"The cell of the innocents", a book that puts in check the current detention protocol on Gender Violence in Spain

The cell of the innocents It is the book with the debut  Francisco J. Lario, what edit Red Circle Editorial. The author, who puts the current detention protocol on Gender Violence in Spain in check, presents a whole exhibition of real testimonies of men who are victims of false accusations through the current law. “Men who, after being called by their partner or ex-partner, and even though they were innocent of the crime for which they were accused, have been arrested, handcuffed and locked in a cell. Many have lost their homes, their money, their jobs and their children ”, as the author explains.

Surely you know of a case, even if it is not close, of someone who has been unfairly denounced for mistreatment. I personally had the opportunity to discuss the matter with a national policeman years ago, and the situation is depressing. Not only for men who are helpless if the complaint is false, but because this also affects women who are really victims of gender violence.

After three years of travel, research and interviews throughout Spain, Francisco J. Lario publishes the book The cell of the innocents - False accusations for abuse, a hidden reality like a "Absolute need to make public and bring to light this degrading issue for so many and this harsh reality that leaves so many men shattered through the current Comprehensive Law on Gender Violence in cases of false accusations."

Reviewed and approved by two lawyers and a judge, throughout this work the author assures that the reader will find 30 heartbreaking real cases of male victims of this type of complaint, an interview with a member of the National Police of the SAF (Service of Attention to the Family) in which it has in detail the actual detention protocol in the face of these complaints and its way of acting even in cases where they see clear indications that the complaint may be false; an interview with a judge in which her last sentence is: "I am a woman, and as a judge, I have come to repudiate my profession"; another interview with a lawyer, who tells how she has managed to expel several clients from her office after proposing them to file a false complaint against her partner; a chapter in which I try to convey to the reader the suffering of the thousands of children harmed by these types of complaints and sentences; a Help Manual for anyone who is reported through a false report covered by the current Law on Gender Violence, as well as definitions of legal terms of interest to anyone who is going through a process of separation or divorce ...

Francisco Lario points out that the book is directed «To the whole society in general, because for every innocent man locked up and separated from his children, there are behind a multitude of women who also suffer the consequences, such as their sisters, mothers (who not only have a child locked behind bars but also they automatically "lose their grandchildren" with the restraining orders imposed on the accused), grandmothers, friends, new partners ... "

“I have wanted to give a voice to the thousands of men who have been unjustly removed from their home and suffer the consequences of this law, of course, focusing on the cases of false accusations. I am the first to urge that the true abuser must be persecuted, denounced and punished, but not the innocent. In this book I do not describe or name the cases in which cruel, violent and heartless men? physically or psychologically mistreat a woman. Of this, of course, other media are already in charge ", judgment Francisco J.Lario.

The book is full of real injustices, moving stories of men who shout from the rooftops and need to be heard.

Hello, I am Pilar Yebo for about three years with my partner, he is denounced x alleged mistreatment x his ex-wife filed the complaint with his ex in 2012 and until October 2015 the trial was not held and we were still witnesses like to his own mother of hers and they did not want to take her as a witness, the same judge said that he was related to the alleged victim, he has four children in common, the oldest is 14 years old, we have her and the other three she has.
He is a man incapable of harming any woman, we also hired a detective who has proof that the one who was abused was her, not on the contrary, that everyone says the only thing that nobody wants to speak to her partner after death And many more things I would like to talk about this is my number 633650126 We need help and I also went to the ombudsman and they can not do anything please contact me they ask my partner for two years and three months x one thing that I do not I echo the only thing I have left for acer is that the media know it because I am desperate so well he is not even divorced after four years of trial and to top it off we are again from the beginning because the psychologist who was the case did not have the title and that's why we are in the same thing, please help thanks for reading this

The book is very good and I like that the wall of false equality is already beginning to collapse. But the author falls into the same error as many other people, including many who are against the abuse of the laws that exist against man. I am referring to the fact that on several occasions, he mentions the problem of abuse, as if there were only abused women and not men, for example when he said to recognize that "abused women have to be protected by the state", instead of saying that " battered people (whether men or women) have to be protected by the state ”. Also when he mentions that "if a man mistreats another man or a woman mistreats another woman, this is not a crime, but an offense", he forgets to add: "or if a woman mistreats a man ...".
