If before, visit the Plaza de España in SevilleIt meant taking a good time to disconnect and relax in the "Andalusian sun", now your visit will be more pleasant if possible. Why? For a few days you can see hundreds of books in it, so that you can freely look at and read them whenever you want while you are there. Of course, then you will only have to return it to the place where you got it so that many other readers like you can enjoy it. It's a great idea, don't you think?

The pioneers of this novelty have been the gardeners of the Seville City Council, which under the Association «El Pinsapo» In this way, they have wanted to promote reading and culture among both local and foreign visitors who visit the square every day. Luis Manuel Guerra, spokesperson for the association, explained that this would not have been possible without the donations that were made at the Reading point of the Luca de Tena Glorieta in the María Luisa park, attached to the Plaza de España, which they were a great success.

A total of about 5.000 copies donated, whose destinations have been the following:

  • The newer books and outstanding authors were sent to the different Libraries both in the city of Seville and in some of its provinces.
  • Those others that are more used have been destined for the different parks and squares from Maria Luisa park.

I love stories where the magic of a place is described, but that books decorate a place with reading is something phenomenal, two good reasons to walk around Seville. Excellent entry congratulations
