Albert Espinosa i Puig is an outstanding Spanish screenwriter, playwright, writer, performer, and film director. Despite having been trained as an industrial engineer, he is currently a well-known character due to his broad and versatile artistic career. A life of self improvement
He was born in Barcelona on November 5, 1973. The adversities endured during his youth served as fuel for many of his literary works, theatrical, as well as in his film and television scripts. In all, he spent more than 10 years in health institutions due to his fight against cancer.
In the first instance, had a leg amputation (at age 13) due to osteosarcoma, which metastasized. It was his literary debut, denotes the reflections and learnings of the Catalan author during 10 years of his fight against cancer. The text revolves around values such as friendship, living in the present and looking at the positive side of things even when the situation does not look good. In this book, Espinosa continues to discuss issues related to happiness. For this he presents Marcos, a young man who feels very unhappy after the death of his mother. Likewise, the author created a fictional plot where there are people who never sleep again after taking a pill.
At first, the protagonist is attracted to the idea of not dreaming anymore despite the fact that he loves to sleep (but wants to suppress certain painful memories). In the long run, Marcos understands that all memories are important, because - unpleasant or not - they are part of him. In this novel, Espinosa shows a quite remarkable creative evolution due to the way of presenting events. The book begins with the love break between the protagonist (Dani) and his girlfriend. Following this event, events in the main character's past are revealed. These triggered many of his insecurities.
In search of its origins, Dani must find a missing child (that's her occupation) in the hands of a pedophile. This situation relives Dani's childhood traumas. Ultimately, all fears are overcome when he solves the case. Consequently, he feels confident enough to call his girlfriend and resume their relationship without making any obstacles or excuses.

It is probably Espinosa's title with the best reviews to date. The content collects a series of premises to approach the different situations of life from a positive perspective. How is this book different from other self-help texts? Well, the most palpable aspect is his presentation of arguments based on surprisingly simple logic.
