    Hello!

I follow the announcements of contests every month and I have never been encouraged to participate in any, but perhaps later on I would be encouraged and it would be very good if you announced these dates some time in advance, because at the beginning of May it says that there is a contest of stories or novel whose ending is ... at the beginning of May! Well, the truth is that there is no time to dare to participate. But if these announcements were at least a month in advance, as a reminder, it could encourage us to participate in one.

Thank you! Otherwise it's a fantastic compilation job.

Hello Morri! First of all, thank you for stopping by and leaving your comment!

The contests that we put at the beginning, that is, those that usually have the 1st or 2nd week of the month as the final day of participation are usually almost all with the option to send manuscripts by mail, so it would take perfectly half time to prepare a writing finished and participate… You say the following: «there is no time to dare to participate»… And I couldn't help but smile when reading this phrase of yours… Come on and participate now! Do not make excuses because if the shipment can be done via email as I say in most cases, time should not be an excuse to participate or not in a literary contest ...

Anyway, we appreciate this comment and yes, we must give more time, not a month as you request (because if a few days is not enough, we believe that a month is too long and the opposite can happen, forgetting to participate) but if at least one week between the day this type of article is published and the end of the contests ...

What has been said: Dare to participate! 😉

I think the same as the colleagues above, I for example see it today and there are two contests that have already closed the deadlines ... I think it would not cost you anything to upload them a little more in advance. It is only a suggestion ... Greetings!

I have been trying to open the Submission of Originals tab for several days to send my PDF and it has not been possible. I have opened several links with the blessed «Gijón Novel Award» and it has not been possible, because as soon as I click on the red tab, which indicates to click on the upper, paler tab, the page falls. No way to trust this call again. It had never been so difficult, and I have been sending my proposals to various contests for years. But with this one from Gijón… I will never try again. PR
