XXIII National Poetry Prize Ateneo de Alicante 2015 "Poet Vicente Mojica"

- Closing date: 08/04/2015 (you have a few hours left, you are on time if you live in Alicante).
You can send at most two poems. They will be free subject, with a minimum of 300 verses and will be written in Spanish.
They must be delivered in triplicate, typed or written with a computer, double-spaced and single-sided and sent to the following address: Ateneo Científico, Literario y Artístico de Alicante, C / de las Navas, 32, DP 03001, Alicante, no sign and with a motto or pseudonym, including the author's data in a separate escrow (name and surname, address, telephone and email-if you have it) and including a photocopy of your National Identity Document. It is also stated that the mail envelope should not include any sign or detail that could identify the competing author.
The prizes are: Ateneo de Alicante 2015 National Prize "Poet Vicente Mojica", endowed with € 1000, from which the amount corresponding to the Tax Liens in force will be deducted. A Second Prize endowed with € 450, and under the same conditions as the aforementioned. Accepting the award entails the transfer of the rights of the awarded work to the Ateneo de Alicante for two years.
The award will be awarded on Friday April 24, 2015.
I Contest short stories Gora Gasteiz (Spain)

Topics on the writing: It will revolve around diversity, interculturality, integration, plurality, coexistence, solidarity, social justice, social rights, social protection or basic income.
The micro-story must contain, as a phrase or part of a phrase, “izan kolore” or “I know color”.
The extension of the micro-stories will have a 150 words maximum, without counting the title, and it may be written in Basque or Spanish. A maximum of one short story per author in Basque and another in Spanish will be accepted.
It will be sent to lehiaketa@goragasteiz.com with the subject "Gora Gasteiz Short Story Contest". The micro-story, as well as the author's data, must go in the body of the message. It must be signed with a pseudonym.
The award will be announced on April 18.
XXII Literary Contest "Villa del Mayo Manchego"

- Country of the convening entity: Spain
- Closing date: 10/04/15
In the XXII edition of this contest there are two modalities: Poetry ("Alejandro Hernández Serrano" award) and Short story ("Domingo Martínez Falero" award).
The works will be presented in triplicate in separate copies, in Word format, double-spaced, in "Arial" font type and at a size of 12, on one side and with all 2,5 cm margins, stapled and with the job title in your header. They will be presented accompanied by a closed duplicate with the same title as the heading, inside which will appear the name, surnames, address and telephone number of the author, as well as a photocopy of the national identity document. Also a short Curriculum Vitae of the author.
Will be delivered in the Civic and Cultural Center from Monday to Friday, from 11:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m. They can also be sent by certified mail to the following address:

The delivery of Awards It will take place on Saturday April 25th 2015, in the act that will take place in La Plaza de Toros on the occasion of the Imposition of Bands to the Mayeras of 2015. The unjustified absence of the awarded author in said act will determine his resignation to the prize obtained.
VIII Contest of Children's Stories Félix Pardo (Spain)

- Country of the convening entity: Spain
- Closing date: 12/04/2015
The stories must be written in Spanish, be aimed at children and be unpublished.
The works will be presented in duplicate with title and signed only with a pseudonym, they will be accompanied by a sealed envelope:
- On the outside of the envelope, the pseudonym and title of the story will be indicated.
- Inside the envelope, the data of the author, name and surname, ID, postal address, email, contact telephone number and profession or job will be included, together with a brief curriculum vitae (several descriptive paragraphs, no more than half a page or in the form of a curriculum vitae).
The works will have a maximum extension of 8 pages and minimum of 4, written in Times New Roman, Body 12, Line Spacing 1,5.
There is only one prize endowed with € 700 and commemorative plaque.
The stories must necessarily be sent by postal mail (those received by mail will be excluded regardless of the geographical origin of the author), to the following address:
Post Office Box number 4 of Villaviciosa (CP 33300), Asturias.
The postal envelope will state "For the VIII Félix Pardo Children's Story Contest".
