El jury of said award has been chaired by Carme Riera and composed by Antonio Soler, Ramón Pernas, Fernando Rodríguez Lafuente and Ana Rosa Semprún, who have unanimously decided at a lunch held in Madrid yesterday that the winning work of this year let it be «I am not a monster » and its author Carme Chaparro. The jury has recognized after the ruling that we are before "A fast-paced work that provokes an irresistible magnetism in the reader until the resolution of the case."
